Volunteer Opportunities with Our Band

Seeking Volunteers

As we continue to grow and strive for excellence in our music, our band is excited to announce various volunteer opportunities for those who are passionate about music and the performing arts. We are reaching out to the community for support, and we welcome any and all assistance at our events.

Key Roles for Volunteers

Stagehands

We are particularly looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill several critical roles during our performances. First and foremost, we need stagehands to help set up and tear down equipment. These invaluable members ensure that our performances run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on delivering the best experience for our audience. Stagehands are a huge help before and after performances, and they are welcome to stay and watch the show or provide help with other aspects of our performances!

Video/ Photography and Editors

In addition to stagehands, we are seeking talented photographers and videographers who can capture the essence of our performances. Your creativity can help us create engaging content for our fans, showcasing our live shows in a way that resonates both on our social media and promotional platforms.

While capturing the best moments on camera is very important to our band, we also need assistance with editing photos and videos before we post them. If you have any photo/video editing skills or want to learn then we would love to work with you!

Artists

We also invite artists to contribute by designing fonts, posters, logos, and other visual materials. Your artistic flair will help us create a strong visual identity that reflects our music and brand. Furthermore, fan art is always appreciated, as it creates a vibrant community around our music. Your art could become a big part of our look and it could be featured on our website, shared on our socials, or printed on our band merch for more fans to enjoy!

Security

Having additional help with security during our events is crucial for ensuring the safety of both our audience and performers. Our genre of music can attract enthusiastic crowds to get a little rough in the mosh pit, and its important to have a crowd management team that can keep things under control and keep everyone safe. Moreover having emergency medical response skills could be beneficial to this role.

Sound and Lights Engineers/Techs

If you possess any skills in sound and lighting engineering, or want to learn, you can also assist our band in creating the perfect audio-visual experience during our shows. Sound and Light techs are the secret sauce to putting on an epic performance so your job will be very important!

Social Media and Marketing Management

Our band understands that drawing a crowd and selling tickets doesn't just happen magically, it takes a lot of work behind the scenes to Promote and Advertise performances and manage the bands social media presence to be truly affective. If you would like to assist us with our own band accounts, or would like to run a dedicated fan account then the door to that opportunity is open!

Pyro-technics

Its simply a fact, Rock Music and Fire, are the perfect couple. And the Metalbox band aims to bring them together at any venue that gives us permission to do so. If you are a pyro, like we are then you would be a perfect addition to our team.
